The Cruel Prince was a stepping stone for me to get into fantasy books! It’s an easy read since the writing and plot are not very intricate. I’d say it’s politics heavy but the tension between the two characters is really good, especially in the following books! Loved your video ❤️

Great TBR!! I’ve read and loved all of these (especially Six of Crows), except for The Cruel Prince which is on my TBR! Some books I hope to read in September include The God of the Woods, Bright Young Women, Clytemnestra, A Sorceress Comes to Call, and The Graveyard Book! 😊

I’ve actually read all of these except for Six of Crows lol. They are all very good to me anyway and Yours Truly is 5 stars for me I absolutely adore Abney Jimenez. Six of Crows has been on my TBR for months so hopefully I can get to it b4 the year is over. Also Cruel Prince is not a romantasy it’s fantasy with a romance subplot idk why it’s always hyped up to be a romantasy. Hope you enjoy all of these!

you watching a tutorial on how to wrap a gift is so me whenever i try to do a simple task 😂 i feel you! I don't know if it applies to anyone else but for me romance don't necessarily mean smut or sexy scenes. For me Divine Rivals was heavy with the romance aspect
