In Poland for 5$ (US) for a gluten free lunch you can get an applesauce pouch, one of those proiten bars (most are gluten free), rice cakes (those little ones with spices on them), hummus and an energy drink

I have celiac which means I’m gluten free and when I saw her say going to Wendy’s I was shocked and I was like what about cross-contamination but if she’s not allergic to it then it should be fine

Most fast food places aren’t very careful about cross contamination, but some places will change gloves and clean surfaces if you let them know about your allergies
