I like how you mentioned drawing from reference and drawing from imagination are two different skills, because I can draw from reference very well but I have basically no imagination so I can't draw from pictures in my head. I really want to get better at that, cause it's my dream job to work as a concept artist.

First - your sketches are the best, honestly. You are my fav sketcher (does this word even exist? It does now).

Second - do you ACTUALLY have any full or at least part-time hob? This is just impossible to combine full-time work with what you enumirated in the video (books, sketches, you-tubing and such). So if you don't, consider yourself a lucky person but seriously, don't give such advice to anyone else. It does soned like "leave your comfort zone" which isn't feasable for most people. I mean it. 8 hours at office, commuting, 2 hours left if you go to bed early like I do. Ok I can spend 1 hour for sketching. But... not sure if that would do what you have.
