You definetly need an air filter in the 'air box', almost for the health of your engine

Thanks for making this video. The last five years of owning this bike. I knew i wasnt fucking crazy
Cleaned the carb multiple times and always did as you described. I wonder of there is a permanent solution to this because poping my tank off to ride once a week is not ideal.
