IMPORTANT - Verify Currency Settlement Settings
I've gotten a few questions regarding the Currency Settlement settings. To ensure that Norbert's Gambit works, make sure you have "Currency of Transactions" selected (this is the default option)
Click on the "Account Management" -> Account Management -> Click "Currency Settlement" at the bottom
You should see three options: CAD, USD and Currency of Transaction
You MUST have "Currency of Transaction" selected for Norbert's Gambit to work.
This is the default option so the majority of you guys should be good to go but in case you've ever changed this setting, make sure you change it back to perform Norbert's Gambit 😀
