Best vertical leg press machine I have ever seen. The advice about safety with the lower back is crucial. Having decent flexibility of the hamstrings and glutes will also keep the low back from rounding in the bottom portion of the movement.

back in late 70's my gym had a home made old school vertical leg press... it was awesome at working legs...this is the fanciest leg press ever...

Macchine stupende, incredibili, spettacolari! Rimango senza fiato. Vorrei avere una casa tanto grande e, soprattutto, tanti soldi per poterle acquistare tutte e mettere su una palestra personale da sogno!
