Strings are D'Addario Phosphor Bronze wound on a steel core.
this is common to all Sounding Bowls in last 20 years.
Thanks for comment

Hi Infiniti,
Yes we make two types of tuning peg ourselves, as well the tail pins. mostly made from offcuts of local hardwood we like to create a visual feast with colour and grain effects complementing those on the bowl. looking through the videos, or the stock page at the Sounding-Bowls website you will see that some pegs are turned and grooved and some are flat and dished. Why not sign up for the newsletter or join the Fbook page, SoundingBowls at Tobias Kaye.

Beautiful sounding Bowl, what string material is used on this one?

Do you make your own pegs for the tuning of the strings? Because I have seen multiple colors on your various bowls here. Thanks.
