For our last episode, the Malta Business Bureau is at Palazzo Preca to meet with chef and restaurant owner, Ramona Preca.

Chef Preca is showing us how to make use of cooked lobster shells to make a velvety smooth, rich sauce, ensuring that food waste is kept to an absolute minimum.
