We're about to start another project and to get there we needed to get some spindles set up with an axle so we can set the chassis up properly and get it as low as possible!!

This "how to" will work for any early ford spindle from 1928-1948. The early ford spindle takes a .814 bushing reamer, you can find these new from some of the popular early ford parts sellers online, or cruise the local swap meet or search for one on Ebay!

Follow along as we knock out the old king pin bushings and install new ones, and then knock the new ones out and install another set of new ones!!

Check it out!

Follow me on IG @chaddilacdesigns to see all the swap meet scores and vehicles we purchase!

We buy tons of parts and cars, email me directly with any leads!

If you give the rimmer time to cut the hole the pins will slide in nice without hammering it in... rimmers are not threading taps next time try turning same way but pull rimmer back out, ,,not good to turn rimmer backwards
