This was recorded in a building across the street during a meeting that just happened to be taking place when the homemade fertilizer bomb in McVeigh's rented Ryder truck was timed to go off. It was played in court during his trial.

I was there when this happened I saw a group of little men do a irish jig outside the murray building before the explosion.

I remember actually hearing this recording at the OKC bombing museum where the Murrah building was located before the incident. I was trembling in fear worrying that the explosion would be loud (I’m autistic) and my sister had her hand close to mine
