When i got Clara on the begginer banner i was pretty upset not until i partnered her with march7th and natasha March skill really helps her get that shield and taunt when at 80% plus HP. So when u have a Clara with ult and shield its basically a win-win cuz u trigger enhanced Counter attack and u get no HP loss

I want to ask is the Light Cone "The Moles Welcomes You" good for Clara cause it increases Atk by 12% if the wearer attacks with normal, skill, or ult. Does counter-attack count as activating the Light Cones passive and how many stack can i gain cause it doesn't say the stack cap.
