So basically hurem was pregnant and she thought she was pregnant with a boy and her husbands wife was scared she got a boy but when hurem gave birth mahdviren was so happy hurem gave birth to a girl. Hurem was upset but later on when hurem daughter marem grows up she makes a plan with her mother and husband to kill her step brother which is mhdviren son so that her full brother becomes the sultan after his dad the sultan suleman. When mahdviren son mustafa dies she regrets every moment marem was born. When mustafa dies maren starys crying and blames her mother and husband on everything.
