It is awesome to actually see you using refurbished wood to make a brand new, OLD table. That is somethin else. You are always one step head in the game of Life. Bravo! I remember tables with drawers. My grandmother had one and my parents as well. That's were the cutlery was stored, as you mentioned. It was so handy and smart.

Good Morning! I love the black & white. Your cupboards turned out nice in there. That is going to look great! I looked up when round head, wire nails came about. Farther back than I thought it was. I don't recall now, but 1800's sometime. They weren't used much in this country though until about 1900 or so if I remember right.

That would probably older than 150 years old figure the tree was cut down prologue the cure for a couple years does the trees that wood came from probably came from 80 to a100 year old 🌲
