I know one person who went from 5.5lpa to 13.5 lpa after switch
Then manager in new company left and joined new company and offered employee 21 lpa
Obviously he left and joined his manager in new company
So he went from 5.5lpa to 21lpa in 6 months

But how would a person know which client project they will be getting mapped in new company. I think in MNC based on requirement during onboarding projects are allocated to the employees..

but agar kisi client ka project pura ho chuka hai and support v ho chuka hai and wo scrap kr dega to old company ko pura paisa mil gya but client ko kisi new company me fir se paisa dena hoga. isme to client hi nuksan krwa rha hai apna. agar 1 client 2-3 company se project banwata rhe to har company ka fayeda hi fayeda :)

There are companies who asks to sign documents that employee did not work for a common client in last 24 months many days after the offer letter is accepted, employee resigned in the previous organization for more than 2 months already. If the employee did work for a same client he probably have to withdraw resignation at the last moment and it will be on the Manager whether to accept the withdrawal of resignation
