The potential for misuse is definitely concerning. But at the same time, I can see how this could transform industries like media and education

dont find this is as creepy weird or strange but is it dangerous? yes. depending on the nature of it. if its an approximation of your personality and you have control over what information is actually added then its not dangerous
but if it was mapping your entire psyche all of your thoughts not even for the fact that it could besmirch who you are before or after death by revealing secrets or dark past or anything meant to be held in confidence to your loved ones. but for the fact that it could do the same to all of your loved ones and thats dangerous and wrong. Everyone who loves and has someone's vulnerability in their hands

it would be beyond selfish to them allow for another being digital or not to have all those vulnerabilities in its confidence. In the hands of a company or group who is then privy to 100% of that information.

Its similar but even more radical then social media trading and using a portion of that data for profit and incorrect ends and means.

Just like with social media we as a society or government can look to deeply regulate the idea. But as we all know that is not a process that stops that from victimizing MANY people before that point and still often after. There would need to be a baked in absolute privacy and encryption and process that ensures that what is meant to be private to that particular individual is KEPT private with no wiggle room whatsoever.
