I am sorry for the video quality being bad, this is the first time I recorded a youtube video with my own audio. I used only an iPhone. I have explained my plans in the discription if it helps.

Please share this video if you think it helps, and definitely share to supercell about it.

I hope to improve the random matchmaking.

Current matchmaking:
Current matchmaking is based on trophy averages. For example, in a 3v3 a player with 18k trophies is matched with two players with 600 trophies. The team's trophies are 30000. The average is 10000. This team is then matched with more experienced players at 10000 each. 18k + 6k + 6k vs 10k +10k +10k. This is unfair because the 18k player cannot carry his teammates. 6k trophies mean that the player is inexperienced at brawler interactions (they will most likely have very low untouched brawlers and few very high brawlers). The 10k players, however, have quite a lot of experience with the game. This can be a huge disadvantage. I believe the player trophy count and brawler level should be taken into consideration, where the trophy count is more important than the brawler level. Having a teammate with a low brawler level be limiting and unfair. People have spent money and time on this game, and supercell returns with teammates with such low brawler levels that the game is unwinnable.

Why?
Because random matchmaking is a feature in the game, and to make the game better all features should be at its best. Many people cannot afford the time to find a new teammate with the find a team feature (it takes around 5 minutes), and once you find a team your teammates would probably leave once you lose a more than 2 times (causing you to waste another 5 minutes to find a team). Clubs and friends are not always active, and when they are they probably don't want to play, so random matchmaking is the best way to find an easy and quick match.

How?
A dislike system after a match during the end screen, or in the battle log. In 3v3 games, after a match there will be an option to dislike a misbehaving teammate. 2 teammates will have to dislike the same player in order for the player to be affected. To prevent random disliking, the disliked player will only be affected with they get disliked by 4 teammates, or 2 matches. After being disliked for 2 matches, the next match will be a "risk" match for the player. This means that the disliked player only will lose more trophies if they lose that match. This "risk" mark will only be removed when the disliked player loses a match. This prevents somebody from purposely losing and trying to win the next match so the "risk" status will be removed.

For duo showdown, if somebody's teammate is acting bad (afking, losing on purpose) then the player has an option to dislike that bad teammate. The "risk" status will only be activated after 5 or more dislikes to prevent people randomly disliking their teammates for no reason. After having the "risk" status a player will lose more trophies the next negative trophy rank they are placed in.

For solo showdown. This is mainly to prevent large teaming groups. After a match, a player gets to go to the battle log and see the showdown results. He may check the replay for a confirmation, and dislike any teamers that he has encountered. If 2 or more people in that match dislike the same teamers, those teamers can result in a temporary ban from doing solo showdown. I chose to ban them because even with the "risk" status losing a match will be hard when they are teaming. Depending on how many dislikes from one match, the player can get a ban ranging from 2 hrs to 2 days from accessing solo showdown.

This "risk" status should last 24 hours if there are no losses. This status is shared by all gamemodes. If one gets the status while doing duo showdown, they will have the risk status when playing gem grab or brawl ball.

Changing AFK teammates:
Afk teammates are something that cannot be changed with the risk status, but the risk status reduces them. If a player enters a match and realises they have a bad network, they will not enter another match, knowing they will be in risk for a "risk" status. This is another reason why I said there has to be multiple teammates from multiple matches that dislike the bad teammate. It's kind of like a warning. But the true best way to stop AFK people is to make the servers better. Brawl stars servers are really bad compared to other games. I understand that brawl stars is a relatively new game, but considering how popular it is the servers should be upgraded to ensure better network for all players. I constantly lag in brawl stars, while I barely lag in games with graphics even better than brawl stars, such as PUBG.

Sorry about the cropping! I also had to play the game, so I couldn't concentrate on what I was saying. I guess just read the description.
