I don’t know him, heard of him and seeing him for the first time but I’m proud of this man. I’m humbled and I’m sure so was everyone in the Darbar Hall.

Swami Sivananda is legend. He deserves more than this. He is writter of many spiritual and yoga books which are masterpiece in itself. Some of books are the practice of brahmacharya, health and diet, Mind; its Mysteries and Control and list goes on . He is guru of swami satyananda who founded Bihar school of Yoga and write several masterpiece books. I can't express in words how great he is. He is just a legend.
The secret of his Health and longevity is his brahmacharya.
Edit :- Sorry for the mistake, two names are exactly name and have followed the yoga and spiritual path. In the news I saw that Swami Sivananda avoids sex life and spices that's the secret of his longevity. All these things necessary in the practice of brahmacharya.
By the way it is really an inspiration for all of us that by following our own sanatan culture we can live a miraculous life.
