Is Gongshang Primary School 1km to Park Town?

The exit for parktown may be more difficult because there’s 2 new EC nearby it. Assuming aurelle selling at 1700psf and parktown selling at 23xx/24xxpsf. It’s a big pricing gap. Plus aurelle has a much better layout than park town.

Parc colonial launch at 1.4k psf to 1.6k psf?? No way man. It was avg at 1.7k to 1.8k psf. And its location is almost as integrated as can be. Furthermore, woodleigh resi slashed prices so the gap between this 2 development isnt that huge.

For demand to supply ratio, isn't the higher the ratio, the easier to exit? Parktown has slightly higher ratio.
