I SAW IT FROM PHILLIPINES IN A NIGHT SKY, IT WAS BIG AND BRIGHT BUT THE STARS AND THE PLANET ARE TEENY TINY TO SEE BUT THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Here in the Twin ports which is Duluth Minnesota Superior Wisconsin the moon rising over Lake Superior had a beam of light shining down to the lake, or I guess it could have been shining from the lake up to the Moon like a spotlight and was visible from approximately 5:30 p.m. Central Standard time till around 9:00 9:30 even the weatherman on Fox news showed the beam during the weather report and he stated he has never seen anything like it, and you could also view it on the live Canal cam but nobody is talking about it does anybody know what it was??? 🤔
