In the comics, it was both Omni-Mark and Masked Mark that had claimed to have killed Nolan, and can’t forget that Prisoner Mark at the very least thought he had a serious chance of killing Nolan

I feel like Omni-Mark would be higher than that diff, because he still managed to kill his Omni-Man even though not the same as his it is still a great feat

That Omni man was probably holding back and got caught offguard which show mark managed to do once, he only geniuely hurt a holding back omni man once in S1, sinister probably poked omni's eyes like the immortal

Assuming he was running the Invincible Gauntlet then yeah these diffs seem fair, though Sinister loses low-mid simply from lacking feats and seemingly fighting like an undisciplined child. Omni-Mark loses mid-high because I'm assuming he's similar to his father in demeanor and combat skill, if we're using Season 1 Base Nolan. Prime would likely no-low diff all of them, mid diff for the Gauntlet.
