You state that you put curry powder in your recipe. Is that correct, or did you mean cayenne powder? What l saw did not look like curry powder, unless the is such a thing as red curry powder. If so where do you get it and what brand are you using?

How spicy are they on a range from 1-10? I'm not sure if I can handle them. Siracha is too spicy for me and I perfer things like mild sauce rather than hotter versions.
