Thanks for the video! One of the most useful I've seen about CRM software. Still, I wondering why there is no Flowlu in your video :) I mean, for me Flowlu is a must-have CRM of 2022. Automations are really smooth and I like how well-designed it is. Moreover, since Flowlu is an all-in-one software, it has more than just a CRM, but also tools for PM and knowledge management, invoicicng, scheduling, team collaboration and even a client portal.

I need to find a CRM that not only automates workflows, but also 2-way SMS. I want to make business networking extremely simple. Just have folks put a phone number into their cell phone to be linked to me. I can follow-up with a contact information web form later. What is the best CRM to do all this for me?

I have been an infusionsoft customer for over 10 years. 2010 they have been the best. Their email delivery rate dropped so low that my business was almost going bankrupt. Plus their support is great at small talk and never solved a problem.
