I don't see how people think the doll looks like Monokuma, I mean sure one half black and the other is white, but thats the only similarity. The doll isn't even a bear. Anyways, as usual Sashley, this was incredible and you did a great job!

Theory: Peppermint and Cinnamon both are in love with James, and Peppermint is trying to get him, which makes Cinnamon jealous. Cinnamon gets back the creepy doll, which was starting to get to her in the Baby Hotline meme. It convinced her to harm/kill Peppermint for her to have James. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
