Since I didn't write any description for the video, here's what you need to do to achieve the first vault puzzle triumph.

In the Tower Plaza, after clearing the area, there's a console at the start of the area on the right, straight up on the wall. You have to access it. After accessing it, it will display a shape. You have to shoot it with Outbreak Perfected in the correct order. There are three buttons you can shoot in the area shown in the video. These buttons have the shapes, and your mission is to shoot them in the correct order. There's also a hologram shown in the video near the next area, which shows the next shape. It has shapes inside each other, but the brightest one is the one you have to shoot. You can always use the console, I think.
