If your car is impounded but can’t retrieve it or see it at the impound or mors won’t pick up find and npc car put it in your garage and take it out to own it and blow it up and call mors to get the car fixed and claim all for the missing car

I found 2 vehicles in the garage where the black lady is up stairs where you launch the super dollar missions etc… the auto shop or whatever it’s called, its right in front of the train tracks with a steel fence on both sides of tracks, it has a wrench on the building when looking at the map, it was the oppressor 1 and my kuruma armored, they did not show up anywhere when I called the mechanic, they were not impounded, I went in there and boom they were there, I drove them to a different garage and then when I called the mechanic I saw them in the list where I parked them, oh and also they were not destroyed either

You have to blow other car up to claim it back

My impounded vehicle is gone I came back a couple of days later and it was showing I could go get my impound car and it disappeared on the way to it.

I literally had the exact same problem this morning and I'm literally trying everything your doing in this video and it's not even that simple for me. The pay $250 button isn't even there which means even if I broke in because of it I still can't call moris insurance, it will just say there not available and I know because I just tried it and I looked at the interaction menu and I couldn't click request personal vehicle so it looks like I won't be getting it back at all

It just says impounded but won’t show up on the map or at the impound place. Can’t call insurance and mechanic wont deliver it

My red, black and sunset orange pearlesceant Obey 10F widebody isn't spawning at the impound. It's bloody annoying.
