i have nepali friend here in qatar, he treat me momo and it's my first time, at first i litelary compare your momo to our siomai from philippines, i said ours taste good because of the seasoning of the meat and soysauce with garlic, and at that time the chutney is so spicy, then second try from another restaurant, i suddenly fell inlove, i order chutney trice for 10 pcs momo, not too spicy, then i realized chutney and the mild seasoning of momo fits together, then 3rd try since im already addicted i tried jhol momo, my goodness i already don't like our siomai in ph, jhol momo is perfect

Only thing missing is quantities of ingredients listed in text. I added to much salt but countered it by adding a little more lemon and water then simmering with a peeled potato for ten minutes. Then it was perfect
