What Made inFamous Second Son One HELL OF A GAME?

What’s most delightful though is the relationship and brotherly interplay between Delsin and Reggie throughout InFamous Second Son’s campaign. Masterfully cast for sure, but the sublime acting of real-life friends Troy Baker and Travis Willingham – performing as Delsin and Reggie, respectively – seriously grounds Second Son with a tangible reality.

We care what happens to these characters, despite their flaws and gimmicks. If Second Son’s attempt at exploring deep thematic elements remained surface level, it’s the journey its two main characters take on together than lives long in the memory, making InFamous Second Son a thoroughly worthwhile play.

Oh, and it’s tons of fun too.

I played this for the first time last year along with the First Light standalone expansion. They hold up so well and you could really tell Sucker Punch had some solid tech and talent. And as usual Troy Baker and Laura Bailey are in it, as with everything else from the last decade or so. Would love to see another Infamous game. And if we’re remaking games Infamous 1 and 2 could desparately use it as well.

Infamous Second Son waa a great game, the story is really engaging and emotional. Combat, powers and big action set pieces are some of the best in the series.

I absolutely loved the infamous series. So much fun. Such a shame that sucker punch have pretty much shelved it. I would love to see another infamous game. They were amazing. Recently replayed second son on PS5 and I forgot how much fun it is.
