So happy to see a new Pasquale recipe! I've seen all of Pasquale's recipes and even cooked several of them. I've never had pesto with pistachios. Can't wait to try this one! I really like pistachios.

In spring 2022 I bought two small flower pots of parsley, so I would have enough and not have to buy parsley. I set the pots on the ground, intending on planting them in larger pot in a couple of days. When I went out again, I saw that my desert tortoise, that my uncle gave me as a baby 45 years ago (from his female that produced babies every October) had eaten the parsley down to the nub. So much for trying this great sounding recipe with home grown parsley.

I enjoy watching your videos so much chef Pasquale! I was wondering if you have a cookbook for sale. I would love to purchase one if you do. You cook so many things my Italian mom used to cook. I miss her so, so much and when I watch you cook, you just make my heart smile. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these amazing videos. You have taught me so many things my mom didn't get the chance to teach me. I wish I had paid more attention to her in the kitchen when I was younger. Today I canned 50 pounds of roma tomatoes thanks to you and your wonderful videos. Watching you took all the fear out of taking on this enormous and fun task. Thank you so much again. A very nice variation on the usual pesto. I look forward to trying this recipe! Thanks Chef!! Italian cooks tend to use specific pastas for specific recipes. I use whatever pasta shape I'm in the mood for. A video explaining how to decide which pasta shape to use for which recipe would be very much appreciated. In other words, why does red clam sauce go on linguine and not on spaghetti???
