xtreme 125R is clear winner with ABS, good stability, showa suspensions, better visibility (with projectors), kick starter (for emergency), smoother engine (for reliability), and better feel too.

Hero wins it with the design. So much better than raider. As an owner of a raider, it feels so small, especially when we look from behind. Looks like we're on a tiny bike. And the service is oh-so-terrible. The sound is great, and the engine is peppy.

Xtreme 125R has a USB charging port! And ABS over any kind of bluetooth gimmicks any day (even though Xtreme also has basic bluetooth features). Plus Xtreme has more practical features like engine kill switch and kick start. Also Xtreme has better suspention, better illumination at night etc. Its just a more sensible choice.

Verdict - both bikes are great for city and daily use. But if you want to do long rides, the Xtreme 125R is better as it's counter balanced engine allows it to hold higher speeds without much stress.

I'm usually a TVS fan but when it comes to these two, I'm with Xtreme 125. It looks better

Xtreme 125 has a USB charger tucked under the handlebar for weather protection. Just because you guys can't find it, please dont mention it as a missing feature.

There's bluetooth connectivity as well in xtreme. You get incoming call, messages and battery percentage. Which is far more useful than the cricket scores offered on Raider.

And how can you justify having engines modes which actually is a gimmick on Raider. The engine kill switch is far more useful and needworthy feature in the bikes. And did you find the kick starter on Raider ? 😀

What about service and ease of ownership ?

I feel you guys should look at the website for more details before publishing the video.

Totally disagree, Hero should have won, ABS and looks matter in the real world not features and gimmicks.

Hero service is poor too...i am talking with personal experience...poor diagnosis of problems and casual attitude towards problems faced by the customers...i was forced to sell my bike just because of the frustrating service of Hero...i am not aware of TVS service so wont comment...but having ridden the Raider multiple times... I can say that it isn't as exciting as many say it is...its rear suspension has a lot of sag and if you carry an average sized adult as pillion...it does scrape the speedbreakers and does bottom out too...also the engine feels strained and struggles to pick up pace if you are riding with a pillion. Another experience is that the bike feels a bit bouncy especially at the rear and braking performance isn't that great either...ABS is anyday a better choice than a digital instrument cluster as the ABS might save you from crash but the instrument cluster wont.

Hero Showrooms are not providing Engine Cowl/Engine Shroud. Delaying the delivery time if we ask for it. Not a decent experience in Kolkata Showrooms

Awesome to see Rishaad back on sporty bikes and not EVs. His enthusiasm and excitement will make people head to the showroom😂

My mother was not able to sit on the Xtreme 125r. So I had purchased TVS raider 125 it's running well. With the 3 valves the pickup is good and with the air and oil cooling system the engine doesn't get overheated in long drive and it improves the engine life. Top end performance is really good. Suspension is on mid side both stability and comfort are available. But single channel ABS is a big miss in TVS Raider. By applying front break more and rear break 40 to 50% the breaking will be good without any skidding. Getting 60km mileage. Comfortable for families too in long run. Exhaust note was good

But the single channel ABS, LED lights and tyres are good in Hero Xtreme 125R. Hero should have given oil cooling system in xtreme 125r for doing long rides

Raider is better in only exhaust note nothing else🤨

Well articulated indeed. It is astonishing to see the weight difference of 13 kg between the two motorcycles and the Honda SP 125 weighing another 10 kg lower than the lighter TVS. What about pillion comfort? Would this not be a consideration in this segment?
