5KG Motor Melt - Devil Forge - Aluminium Copper Casting

Hi, I recently picked up a devil forge and have been testing it out on this scrap oil pump motor on the farm to cast some aluminium and copper ingots.

As a first try it didn't come off too badly, although I'll have to get some borax for the next melt.

Might want to try lifting and tapping the mould on the surface to remove the air bubbles and help the fluid spread evenly
