One of these better be a Bionicle documentary

A live action Ninjago film would go hard as fuck if done right. With the OG Show writers returning I am confident that it’s gonna be at least faithful to the source material

It’s crazy to think that Ninjago will get a live action movie, considering it’s an original LEGO theme not owned by companies like Marvel or DC.I guess it just shows how much impact Ninjago has had on the world for an original LEGO theme.

I’m sad we didn’t get The Lego Batman Movie 2

I honestly don't feel that worried I'm just glad we're getting more LEGO movies.

Piece by Piece probably was a wake up call to make more

I’d be more optimistic for live action lego adaptations if there were any damn original themes to make a movie about like Rock Raiders! “Oi, it’s me Bandit, Chief is DEAD, we need you Axle.” “SLAG OFF, I’ve done ENOUGH drillin!”

Live action lego movie?
I can only picture the scene with finn and the man upstairs playing with legos. I have no idea where they're going with this calling them "live action"

Can we just get the cancelled Lego Legends of Chima film ?

I think the live action aspect could be how LEGO movie 1, 2 and the Ninjago movie had live action scenes from the real world.

Ngl, Could you imagine if the live action LEGO movies are adaptations of LEGO properties?

What if Patty Jenkins is directing an Adventurers film? The Jake Kasdan could be a Power Miners movie!

I can't believe Dan Lin, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Roy Lee are not involved with Lego anymore.

Just make a Lego Bionicle theatrical movie

The OG Ninjago writers would not return to the franchise if they did not think a live action movie could at least work, in some way.

Wonder Woman 1984 was terrible because it was written by patty jenkins and Geoff johns, and now they get to make a new film

This literally is beginning to feel like Lego throwing anything at the wall and seeing what sticks. While I feel all 4 previous Lego movies are for the most part a lot of fun and well excecated, it was really only the first one that was lightning in a bottle. I don't quite understand the live action aspect of the future films. It was a neat twist in the first movie, but why can't a Lego movie just be a movie about Lego and the original characters that inhabit the world. We do not need another Playmobile move, and don't get me started on the upcoming Minecraft film.

I don't get why LEGO doesn't get some more experienced creatives to make these movies. Also, what would they mean with live-action? The original LEGO movie had some live-action, but was mostly animated. It kinda sounds like it might be mostly live-action with some animated this time around.

Honestly "the Attack The Block guy is working on a Lego movie" is _not_ a sentence I would expect to be able to say and yet. Here we are.

I am so confused. I don't even know what to think of this.
I mean, the Lego Ninjago live action movie makes sense, because they already made an animated lego Ninjago movie, so it makes sense that they want to try something new. But what do they mean live action Lego movieS? That's not a thing, you can't have a movie being Lego and also live action, if it's live action it's not Lego. As horrible as it is, you can at least say that the Minecraft movie is still Minecraft, even if it looks horrible, but if you have a live action movie then it's not Lego. Or do they mean live action hybrid with animation? That would make the most sense to me, like jumping from the Lego world to the real world, but it doesn't feel like that's what they mean.

Considering the animated Ninjago movie was a flop, I can't imagine much going for a live-action movie
