One thing I learned the hard way, also being emphasized through some of the greats of investing, is to never follow the hype blindly. Do your own research, build your own conviction, & invest in great companies.Don’t buy hype, buy value.

Way back in January when Fed rate increases were announced as upcoming, an investing article said banks should do well with rising interest rates, so I piled into financials and it's been downhill since.

I've only been investing since Summer 2020, so I'm learning things the hard way (i.e. by losing money).

Let’s see Jim, Inflation is raging, the Fed is on a rampage, Biden talks like a babbling idiot, and every time I fill my gas tank it costs me another $10.00 more, sorry Jim but I can’t agree !

I read about a man in his 50s that started investing in stocks then retired in 2years with over $6million, that right there is my utmost goal and I'd really appreciate clues and tips on how to reach this goal within 5years

The good times of cheap Fed money through QE are over. Before buying any stock make sure the Price to Earning PE is less than FOUR !
99% of S&P500 are living on borrowed time and money with very high or no PE and many will eventually go BUST as interest rates go up!

<Lately, it’s been so rough for me trading on my own because I have had so much losses. I use to trade so well using Demo. I think the real market is manipulated. Please, can anyone help me out or tell me what I’m doing wrong.
