U.S. Drought Outlook Interactive Web App and Statistics Tools

The Climate Prediction Center uses the Esri Web GIS tools to facilitate and enhance communication between forecasters and the public. The web tools are used to create a public portal that shows the tools and outlooks used to create the long-range drought outlooks. Forecasters can use the portal to collaborate, making edits to outlooks and sharing additional data. This product can benefit Impact-Based Decision Support Services by bringing CPC's drought outlooks to core partners.
