Ryze nerfed patch 6.3 :D

The interesting thing here is that not one of you noticed how much ahead Ryze in this video is - lvl 15 while all others are round 10-11 max.
Now imagine all the opponents he attacked were level 15....greater base damage, HP, armor, MR - and that's WITHOUT including the bonuses from various items that scale with level.
