Probably the best video on tools for me. Great help for someone who hasn't had that much exposure, and looking to buy this time of year. I’ve used just about all of these tools, other than the sander. As I really didn’t have a use for a sander, as a plumber. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with any of them. That drill nearly broke my wrist, and that light was the only light I had on the truck. I roughed, set out, did service work, crawl spaces, attics. I cut a 4” terra cotta sewer in a 4’ hole underneath a deck that I actually had to remove the boards to access, with that grinder, because I had absolutely no chance of getting the rescue saw in the hole without becoming a mole. Not to mention there was a water service to an in-law suite like 2” away from the sewer pipe. Everything in this kit is more than adequate. I just saw it this weekend and had to buy it. I’ve (personally) got Milwaukee everything else, but this is like $1200 worth of tools if sold separately.

I bought the same one 2 years ago and I think this is the best value starter kit for anyone. some complain of couple tool not being brushless but hey for starters you can't go wrong with this set

At first, in the very beginning minutes I was going to quit watching the video because it was you showing everything coming out of the box but in Charley Chaplin mode. Then you brought everything inside your work shop and actually spoke. That was a very good move. And the best part was when you showed every tool and how you compared them to other tools even if they aren't DeWalt. And I love the jig you built.

Regardless of what tool brand anyone uses, you gotta hand it to this kit. Comes with 7 tools and also gives you a way of moving them around and storing them.

Bought the kit about 2 weeks ago for $99 from Home Depot. A nice upgrade from the Black and Decker drill I had. Too bad I bought a Bosch hammer drill and an impact driver before for some house work because the Black and Decker drill just doesn't cut it for the work.

I’m a contractor and swapped out my makita gear for dewalt and have nothing bad to say about them. Both good and had the best in both, dewalt hasn’t let me down, makita did. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nobody used to complain about tools not being brushless, they did the job and that’s all that really mattered. Nowadays they have brushless tools that perform better but cost more so can’t really complain about a few that are not brushless cause it’s a great buy for all those tools

I am a commercial electrician, I bought it about two years ago and my opinion is, the performance of the tools is very good but the toolbox regarding its locks are very bad, they break very easily, the material where they are attached is very weak. Also the battery charger is lousy, it was damaged in less than two weeks and I called customer service they promised to send a replacement but they did not tell me in what year, I am still waiting today, I ended up buying another.
