9 years ago I was an addict on the verge of divorce. It was so dark...So heavy.. I was at the very end of rock bottom in my life...No hope...No joy...Nothing...I didn't even know what those things were. I was so empty and wore out trying to fill a void in my life...But Jesus came in like a wave and flooded me with his mercy and grace. I have never been the same. That is not to say that I don't struggle...Because I do. We all have a battle, but praise the Lord we don't fight alone. I have been sober for 8 years and my husband and I are still married.
