What information do I need to know for Starlink? License plate, vin, MySubaru username and password? Do I even need to know anything at all?

Agreed. STARLINK didn’t “immediately” track my stolen car after I was held up at gunpoint. I called STARLINK and they said they didn’t have the capability of locating my vehicle... what!? That’s the whole service. I have no idea what this service is for if they can’t find me when I’m stuck on the road somewhere, or in my case where I needed their support in helping locate my stolen vehicle. Garbage service.

What if you get this message and your vehicle is not stolen? I got this message half an hour after I took my vehicle to Subaru Dealership for the oil change. What this message is telling me? That Subaru Dealership is trying to steel my vehicle?

This is misleading: it leaves out the trip to the police department to file the police report, and the wait for it to be completed.
