Rock Angelz Are Back! Bratz 20th Anniversary Jade Unboxing + Review

I take a look at the 20th anniversary Bratz Rock Angelz reproduction of Jade, a doll I actually owned as a child! Heavy nostalgia incoming, thanks MGA!

Thanks for this video! I watched it while unboxing my own Jade Rock Angelz doll, so it was lovely to have someone to share the hype with ^^ As a kid I loved Bratz movies and series but was never into dolls, because of the feet and the rubbery arms. But as you said it yourself, today nostalgia is very strong :D I am over the moon that I can have her on display on her gorgeous stand.
PS: Thanks to you I learned that the little red star thingy was a nail polish, I had no idea what that could be xD

I remember when this line came out and I was so in love with the hair and detail. I definitely feel old seeing the reproductions and remembering what the actual characters look like

Really enjoyed your balanced review. I feel like this release is kind of getting lost in the shuffle with all the other big doll releases happening at the moment and it also shows how Bratz truly has become more of a legacy brand appealing to a different gen. As collectors we tend to lose sight of what's most important when buying these dolls and that's how they're able to evoke joy and happiness, despite any quality control or design shortcomings they might possibly entail.

I remember when Bratz first came out and they were MASSIVE! I also remember people either loved them or hated them, saying that they looked odd etc. Little did they realise back then that so many people would choose to want to look like Bratz in years to come - those lips have haunted us ever since.

Aww this video is so lovely! Your enthusiasm and love for these dolls is so infectious! 🥰 I had Rock angelz Cloe, Yasmin and Jade as a kid! This line makes me feel incredibly nostalgic! My Jade and Yasmin came with the car ❤️ I loved them so much!

I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to unbox her. I would be quite tempted to leave her in her box too.
I collect original Bratz. I don't have tons of them but still quite a bit (lol if it makes sense!). I don't mind if they don't have articulations. I have enough other articulated dolls in my collection. I have the original Rock Angels cloe.
I think they have changed something in the faces of the new releases but Jade is still a beautiful doll. Her leather jacket is great.
I love Bratz outfits. They are amazing and great quality. I buy all the ones I can find in boot sales. One of my second hand omg is wearing Jade's red Rock Angels t-shirt. It fits her perfectly! 😉🙂

If you had to choose, would you get a Bratz 20 Yearz Anniversary Jade, or the Rock Angelz Anniversary Jade? I want a Jade Doll in-box, but now I'm unsure of which one I should get. I'm worried that if I buy a Rock Angelz Jade, the face on my doll will look strange.

i'm happy that you like her, , i have a love hate relationship with bratz... they look grotesque to me, ,now even more with the marketing they are getting, but i love their animated series

I never had bratz as a kid but im really interested in them now . Looking at photos I think the face looks so weird because the eyes are printed alot higher on the face compared to the OG release? im not super sure though... wondering if anyone else agrees
