Pick whatever works for the stack you're building.

Would allow for a faster turnaround time to ROI and it shouldn't take you too long if you just cover the essentials (user, page & events tracking on the demo template).

Let me know if something you're thinking about since all SAAS websites will need that as much as the blog feature.

Google Analytics isn't the right fit for recurring revenue and SAAS metrics.
