Maintenance KPIs In Power BI: Work Management Process Dashboard

In this video, I'll cover a case study of a maintenance work management dashboard in Power BI. I'll take you through each of the maintenance work management KPIs on the dashboard and explain why they are there. I'll also cover the design decisions I made and why.

The purpose of the dashboard is to help track the flow of work through the maintenance work management process steps:

1. Identify and prioritize
2. Work preparation
3. Scheduling
4. Work execution
5. Closeout
