Kyriakos Kotsoglou presents eGovernment, showing us the journey through which, the state and its people will not be Xenoi any more.

Kyriakos Kotsoglou got his PhD from the Department of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete and is the Chief Executive of the Caldera Group. He has been elected at the regional council of Crete and provides advice for issues related to eGovernment. He is also a member of the financial committee of the Regional Administration of Crete.
