You mentioned nuclear and biomass but then did not elaborate on how nuclear is sustainable. On solar, SunPower solar PV panels are the only ones with Cradle to Cradle Certified for clean disassembly and recycling. On wind, Seimens Gamesa in September 2021 launched their recyclable blades for offshore wind farms.

Well I have an idea that we could gain a lot of power using the ocean flows - the differences are even few meters so put some floating big recycled plastic structure connected via chain to the bottom and make some gears (many) and produce energy this way

Renewable energy has on big weakness with regard to this question. What happens if we get another situation like 537AD when the sun was clouded for years by a worldwide ash and vapour cloud emitted form a fairly large volcanic explosion at Krakatoa? Any country that purports to be a renewable energy super power will meet a calamitous fate if such a situation repeats. Much smarter to go with hydrogen or nuclear whilst retaining non-renewable capacity in reserve until a full transition has taken place. On a constantly changing earth there is no such thing as a status quo that can be relied upon. The country that makes the smartest adaptation to this fact will win. In the long run those who are foolishly stamped by the green vote will no survive.

The thing about wind turbine blades if it's made out of glass and anything carbon it can be broken down and go back to the environment you don't have to recycle something that breaks down in the environment in a faster Pace than plastic you can choose if you want to but you don't have to

After watching this video again i can surely say it is fundamentally flawed and overly negative… some of the issues they point out have merit, but the slant taken avoids any discussion of the positives, or of the alternatives… some glaring factual errors and omissions that support the slant take …we have to weigh up the benefits and downsides of all energy sources and then make the best choice… if that was the slant taken in this piece then the outcome and conclusion given would be very different… sadly typical of headline journalism…
