My suggestion is to make the Gaza strip the state of Israel.  And give the rest of Palestine back to the owners.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I need to understand the following:

So the Israeli Gov. defied President Obama and the United Nations call for an immediate ceasefire. Israel ends contact with UN Human Rights Council and is not party to the International Court of Justice, which governs hum as rights.

Since January 2010, the United Nations Security Council, has adopted 79 resolutions directly critical of Israel for violations of U.N. Security Council resolutions, the U.N. Charter, the Geneva Conventions, international terrorism, or other violations of international law.

Can anyone explain what a Terrorist State is?
