ALIEN TRESPASS was directed by R.W. Goodwin and based on a story by James Swift and Steven Fisher with a Screenplay by Steven Fisher. The film was produced by James Swift and R.W. Goodwin and stars Eric McCormack, Jenni Baird, Dan Lauria and Robert Patrick.

Set in 1957, ALIEN TRESPASS chronicles a fiery object from space that crashes into a mountaintop in the California desert, bringing the threat of disaster to Earth. Out of the flying saucer escapes a murderous creature - the Ghota, which is bent on destroying all life forms on the planet. A benevolent alien from the spaceship, Urp, inhabits the body of Ted Lewis - a local astronomer - and with the help of Tammy, a waitress from the local diner, sets out to save mankind.

This movie is fantastic. Will be a cult classic. This movie is a tribute to Man from Planet X, Blob, and Destination Moon for all you Science fiction buffs. Do not take this movie seriously. Just have fun.

I saw this film yesterday. What a treat! An affectionate throwback to the great sci-fi films of the 1950s, this one features committed actors, an interesting plot and loving attention to details. While it is funny, there's not a "cute" moment in it or even a hint of the actors tipping a sly wink to the audience. The dialogue, clothing, backdrops and props are absolutely right for the period--they even got someone to play the theremin! This is a fantastic movie! Tell your friends!!

Really, really fab movie, Captured the 1950s and early 1960s monster movie era perfectly.The villains from outer space were very well done and were also straight out of the 1950s. In contrast to this but in a very positive manner, they made the female heroine a fighter and thinker, uncommon for 1950s monster movies and more common in the 1980s and onwards.

All in all, an extremely original and enjoyable film.

this movie looks BEAST! I love old B movies and this just brings it all back to when it was good! It looks cheesy bad acting goofy aliens and all sorts of crazy stuff going on in it and that's why this will be awesome!!!

I think you're referring to the North Martians. The South Martians do have one eyeball but the North Martians have those neat tripod things and get all the attention.
Of course no one ever talks of the unfair segregation of South Martians.

The thing is, it's not completely a spoof. It's like tongue-in-cheek. I don't know how to explain it, but I also really loved it.
