Class 40 D213 'Andania' accelerates through Lincoln on 1Z75 'The Norfolk Coast Express'

On Saturday 16th April 2022, in beautiful spring morning sunshine, the fabulous sound of the English Electric 16SVT engine brought back many happy bashing memories for me :)
...as veteran English Electric Type 4 (Class 40) D213 'Andania' made a very fine sight at the head of 1Z75 'The Norfolk Coast Express' - the 06.19 railtour from Manchester Piccadilly to Great Yarmouth. The loco is seen here accelerating out of Lincoln Central station - passing over Pelham Street Junction where the line to Sleaford and Peterborough divides away from the line to Market Rasen and Grimsby.
