Kastellorizo, also known as Megisti, is a small Greek island located in the southeastern Aegean Sea, just 2 km off the Turkish coast. It is the easternmost island of Greece and part of the Dodecanese archipelago. With a population of around 500, Kastellorizo covers an area of 9.2 square kilometers. Its colorful harbor, historic neoclassical houses, and crystal-clear waters make it a popular destination for visitors seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Notable landmarks include the 14th-century Knights of St. John Castle and the Blue cave, a stunning sea cave famous for its vibrant blue waters. Some people say that this island is one of the most beautiful and unique in Greece.
