John Maxwell teaches three factors that determine if you are living life usefully. After John’s lesson, Chris Goede joins Mark Cole to talk about helpful ways you can apply this lesson to your life and leadership.

Key takeaways from this lesson:
• Relationships help us to define who we are and what we can become
• Over time, people come to share reciprocally, similar attitudes towards each other
• “People say that we are all seeking the meaning of life ... I think that what we are really seeking is an experience of being alive.” -Joseph Campbell

Highly Appreciated for your wonderful conversations, 🙏 I am inspired really especially when you are working in the Environment which does not encourage merits in a real sense.
But, listen to your Conversations you are really inspired me to do more to add value and multiply your talents.

That's the best description I've heard about who your inner circle is and who your outer circle is. Thank you for this information.

How starting to find more people that are multipliers or adders to you? I recognized again that is so important to manage your relationships that I will have a much more intense look at my connections and relationships.
