Vauxhall Astra MK5 SRI 1.8 16V VVT

A full service was carried out which included the oil + filter, air filter, pollen filter, auxillary belt, sump plug seal, steering fluid, coolant, brake + clutch fluid and the spark plugs. [The brake and clutch fluid was done in a previous video]

Still a few more little jobs to do to it before its ready to MOT and put up for sale so stay tuned!

This, Astra design is gorgeous and still looks current.

Just to note, on the Z18XER (iVVT) engine shown here. You are supposed to clear engine adaptions / iVVT adaptions in the ECU at every engine service. But to do this you need a GM Tech2. This is so the Cam Phasers which are full of oil and controlled by the iVVT solenoids re-learn with the fresh engine oil. It does help to perk up performance a bit too.
