davinci hangs when i import project from premiere into davinci. What is causing this? I edited the project in Premiere. No effects are applied to it. Or no transition is applied. Still this problem is coming. What could be the reason for this?

I have a question. Won't the quality of the video be lowered? and all the details from the slog video have been half lost because the video was moved to Davinci? I mean if i take picture in RAW format, i still can edit a lot, while JPEG, there is a limit to edit. Hope you understand my explanation.
