Choice between Apply and OK depends on whether you want to continue applying changes after confirming previously made changes (therefore pressing Apply) or if you are not going to continue applying changes (therefore pressing OK).
Other than that, great tutorial, would recommend to my friends.

there is a way to kill and then not wait 20 seconds to respawn(in spawn), there is also a way to die and jump really high(as ragdoll) but i dont know how
